Va estudiar Hostaleria i Restauraci\u00f3 a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hostaleria i Turisme de Girona, on va establir les bases d\u2019una traject\u00f2ria vinculada a l\u2019alta gastronomia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Despr\u00e9s de finalitzar els seus estudis l\u2019any 2006, va comen\u00e7ar la seva traject\u00f2ria professional com a <em>stagier<\/em> a <strong>El Celler de Can Roca<\/strong>. En acabar les pr\u00e0ctiques, es va incorporar a l\u2019equip de <strong>Tickets<\/strong>, primer tamb\u00e9 com a <em>stagier<\/em> i, posteriorment, com a cap de diferents partides.<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\" style=\"text-align: center;\">L\u2019any 2014 va assumir la responsabilitat de la cuina de Montbar, etapa en qu\u00e8 va contribuir a la consecuci\u00f3 de la seva <strong>primera Estrella MICHELIN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\" style=\"text-align: center;\">L\u2019octubre de 2020, Fran es va convertir en <strong>director gastron\u00f2mic de Mont Bar i Mediamanga<\/strong>. Sota la seva direcci\u00f3, Mont Bar va anar consolidant una proposta gastron\u00f2mica pr\u00f2pia i reconeixible, aconseguint l\u2019any <strong>2022<\/strong> el seu<strong> primer Sol REPSOL<\/strong> i consolidant la seva posici\u00f3 en l\u2019escena gastron\u00f2mica internacional amb la <strong>segona Estrella MICHELIN<\/strong>, obtinguda el <strong>2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;LA CUINA DE MONT BAR&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fran<\/strong> forma part d\u2019una <strong>nova generaci\u00f3 de xefs<\/strong> que est\u00e0 revolucionant el panorama gastron\u00f2mic nacional i internacional. La <strong>tradici\u00f3 i l\u2019avantguarda<\/strong> s\u00f3n a la base de la seva cuina, fent de la fusi\u00f3 una manera d\u2019entendre la seva filosofia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Parlar de Fran \u00e9s parlar d\u2019una traject\u00f2ria i d\u2019un aprenentatge.
